Sand Giant that roams from Orc Highway to Docks and along the water to Nro. Sometimes looks like a cyclops.
Kill Strategy
Snare-able, Fear-able and Slow-able (As of 6/2017, 54 enchanter was able to land every spell. Test kill performed on 11/12/15 with 59 & 60 ENC and a blue con necromancer (to the 59 Enc). Charm Gadallion (gypsy camp) and Innkeep Tizzy (near SRO zoneline) in zone and haste them, otherwise overcoming his regen is near impossible. Both of these mobs are level 45 and do max 120 damage per attack. Tash and put your 2 pets on him. Let your snarer snare him (doesn't need to be a necro) and fear him while he's snared. Try to slow while he's feared. Repeat. Took about 5-10 minutes and charm only broke on 1 pet so your mileage may vary. Note that this strategy is unlikely to work (as of 2021) due to changes to these NPC's damage; they can no longer out-dps Cazel's regen.
Update: As of June, 2017 a 54 Enchanter was able to land every spell including Shiftless Deeds on first try. Did not seem heavily resistant as described.
Update: As of July, 2020 -- duoed w/ 60 Ench & 60 Wiz. snare in from wiz. ench fear w/ Gadallion + vog. wizard chain sunstriking. Died in a about 2 mins.

Update: 27/10/22 Innkeeper Tizzy and Gadallion appear to be uncharmable. "Kill Strategy" is now void.
Update: 07/2023 Duoed ench 60 + Nec 60. Super easy. Snare(nec) / fear (ench), nec pet + zumaik ench pet. 5 min fight.
The "Fear" spell will work on Cazel as he is level 51. This means a cleric with the Terror Forged Mask can keep him continuously feared.
