Walkthrough
You can find Feren on a boat in the wharf, fishing. Get into his boat with him and hail him. He says he enjoys fishing but is forever haunted by a vicious fish named Razortooth that continues to nibble at his boat and eat his catch.

It is possible to do the turn-in on apprehensive faction. It is not confirmed whether the quest can be done at lower faction.

He told you that a particularly nasty fish in the lake has been harassing him and stealing the fish right off of his line. He's dubbed this fish 'Razortooth' and needs your help to catch him. He'll also need a little extra help from you if he's going to provide enough fresh fish to feed the village.
