Description
This guy spawns in Ocean of Tears on isle number 9, the same island that the Oracle of Karnon is on. This goblin spawns in the tent by the big stone monument. He does not seem to have a placeholder in Everquest Legends, he respawned each time I killed him (~6 times). His spawn time is 6 minutes. The other lower level goblins around the island have about a 2 minute spawn time.
Seems to always drop a minimum of one of the quest items - but he can drop more than one per kill.
