Description

This guy spawns in Ocean of Tears on isle number 9, the same island that the Oracle of Karnon is on. This goblin spawns on the south-western side of the island, in the circular sand patch directly next to the tent by the big stone monument surrounded by isle goblin shamans. His placeholder is an island goblin headhunter (note "island" versus "isle"), and the spawn time is 6 minutes.
