Description

This guy spawns in Ocean of Tears on isle number 9, the same island that the Oracle of Karnon is on. This goblin spawns in the tent by the big stone monument. His placeholder is an island goblin headhunter (note "island" versus "isle"), and the spawn time is 6 minutes. The other lower level goblins around the island have about a 2 minute spawn time.

Doesn't always drop the knife.
