Description

This male troll vendor makes his home standing on top of the northern hand -- a strange massive Hand sculpture that protrudes from the swamp. He sells primarily disease and poison based spells for the shaman class.

• Wood Elf Ranger (Tunare) - Cons dubious. Non-aggro, but won't trade to me unless I use sneak. DE mask changed neither con nor ability to trade without sneak.
