Description
He's a rare spawn (2%), level 55 named Watery Elemental who can appear anywhere a Watery or Icy Servant may spawn. Procs a small cold-based DD but nothing as nasty as the Icy Servants' AE. You can tell whether he's holding the Drums, or Wavecrasher (as seen on his image on this page) as he equips them. If they don't show, it means that the Shield of the Tsunami will drop. He will always drop one of the three (Shield/Drums/Wavecrasher). He might also drop various Velious class armor gems.
