Description

Likely does not spawn at EQL launch.

Spawns at -1700,-15 then paths to the hill giant area. Shardwing is on the same spawn cycle as Blackwing. To spawn him, gather and kill every drake and basilisk around #19 (the hill giant hill area) and then the PH will respawn on a 6-minute timer.
