Description
Found in the East Commons tunnel area on the wall near the Shady Swashbuckler. This Erudite vendor mysteriously appeared here after the Scars of Velious expansion in order to sell new spells. Does not trade with anyone dubious or below.
This NPC appears during Velious but may not be added to the game immediately on Velious's release.
