Hotfix

Dark Assassin in Feerrott should now give XP.
Amplification (Bard Song) will no longer be affected by any singing mods, including itself.
Updated Plane of Sky quests one more time, to use a set of Wind Runes, instead of class specific runes.
Also updated the usable classes on old, and new, PoSky items, they should be correct now! If not, lodge a formal complaint at the nearest booth.
Each quest within a class will use a different wind rune, so be sure to stock up!
Naggy raid instance zone-in point moved slightly to avoid some races getting stuck in the wall.
Point blank AOE spells will now hit a maximum of 8 targets.
Players will no longer spawn facing the zone exit when entering a personal instance of Befallen
Adjusted some backend server configuration settings for performance.
