Took 2 snow cougars and a shadow guardian to down him. Was slowed with tepid deeds most the fight, careful with this monster.
Of course he's a bit higher level than the other cats in the area so he hits harder by a bit, but you can't miss him as he's solid black. Apparently he's on a different faction than the other kitties as they won't social him. As a druid I am by default dubious to all the cougars, but threatening to Midnight. I was talking to one of the snow cougars, and he told me that they all refer to him as "Papa Midnight".
