Find Dargon McPherson in northeast Halas at (470, -450, 4)

You say, 'Hail, Dargon McPherson'

Dargon McPherson says, 'Hail, mighty ______! I assume ye must be a [warrior o' the Wolves]. Why else would ye approach a trainer such as meself, then?'

Dargon McPherson says, 'Aye, 'tis as I thought. I'm glad t' see we've warriors such as yerself amongst the Wolves o' the North. Lately, Kylan's been allowing too many scrawny warriors in, methinks. Nor have they fared well in Everfrrost. Many frreeze to death, ye know... Will ye assist me and [deliver an elixir to young warriors] in Everfrost?'

Dargon McPherson says, 'Ach, 'tis good o' ye! Take this bottle of elixir to Everfrost Peaks. Find Talin O'Donal. He'll take the first sip, and then instruct ye on who else ye need to find. Do that, and I'll give ye a fine reward when ye return the empty elixir bottle. Good luck, then. Don't die.'

You receive a Full Bottle of Elixir.

Talin O`Donal is at (3620, 670, 4) in the tunnel just outside Halas in Everfrost, near the Tailoring and Smithing merchants.

You say, 'Hail, Talin O`Donal'

Talin O`Donal says, 'Brrrrrr! Grr... Grreetings. It is freezing out here!'

Give him the Full Bottle of Elixir.

Talin O`Donal says, 'Mmmm... I feel much warmer. Thank you. You should now find Bryndin McMill. He could use a swig also. I saw him hanging around two other guards.'

You gain experience!!

In return you receive the One Quarter of Elixir. Note: It is actually a 3/4 full bottle, but its name is erroneously called "One Quarter of Elixir".

Find Bryndin McMill: go down the ramp, then east, next to a tree and Snowflake at (2040, -1150, -60)

You say, 'Hail, Bryndin McMill'

Bryndin McMill says, 'H-ha... H-hai... Hail! It is v-v-very... C-cold out here. You sh-sh-should light a c-c-campfire.'

Give him the One Quarter of Elixir.

Bryndin McMill says, 'Ahhh! I feel warm all over. Thanks. You should go give Arnis McLish a drink of this elixir. Last time I saw him he was headed toward Blackburrow.'

You gain experience!!

You receive the One Half of Elixir.

Find Arnis McLish who may be found wandering in the southwest corner of the zone near (Blackburrow zone line) at -1600, -170. He wanders to the east a bit, and back. If he isn't there, wait a bit and he'll respawn or come running back.

You say, 'Hail, Arnis McLish'

Arnis McLish says, 'My word! I cannot believe how cold it is out here. I must keep running around just to keep warm.'

Give him the One Half of Elixir.

Arnis McLish says, 'Mmmm... Thank you stranger. I feel a lot warmer now. You should now go and find [Megan] O'Reilly.'

You gain experience!!

You receive the One Quarter of Elixir.

You say, 'Where is Megan?'

Arnis McLish says, 'I heard she got lost on the plains. You should go ask her dog, Snowflake, where she is. I hear he is somewhere around the pass to Halas.'

Optional: Head back to the previous spot with Bryndin McMill and Snowflake (2020, -1160, -60).

You say, 'Hail, Snowflake'

Snowflake says, 'Grrrrrr!'

You say, 'Where is Megan?'

Snowflake says, 'Ruff... Ruff... Woof...'

Follow Snowflake east across the tundra, ending up at the North Tower at (2060, -3890, -60). If Megan O`Reilly is not there, wait for her return (from a patrol) or respawn (orcs attacked her).

You say, 'Hail, Megan O`Reilly'

Megan O`Reilly says, 'Brrrr... It... Is sooo... c-cold! I never... sh-should've j-joined... the... the W-wolves of the N-north!'

Give her the One Quarter of Elixir.

Megan O`Reilly says, 'Oh thank you. Sorry, but the bottle is empty now. I hope you did't need any. Take the empty bottle back to Dargon. He may refill it for you.'

You gain experience!!

You receive the Empty Bottle of Elixir.

Return to Dargon McPherson in Halas and give him the empty bottle.

Dargon McPherson says, 'Ye've proven yerself to be a cut above the rest and aided yer fellow warriors, no matter how worthless they were. Ye may take this. It was found in the snow by one of our foraging parties. I hope it can be of use to a warrior like yerself.'

You gain experience!!

You receive a minor item and 1-3 silver from Dargon McPherson.
