- A minimum of Amiable is required for this quest.
Talk to Kogna and he will reward you for giving him 4 pieces (at once, NOT stacked) of Lizard Meat with experience and an Rusty Two Handed Battle Axe.
You say,'Hail, Kogna'

Lizard Meat drops from any lizardman in The Feerrott, Rathe Mountains, or Cazic Thule. Hand 4 of them (or a stack of any multiple of 4) to Kogna.
