Description
Lava Guardians guard the lava pool area that houses Efreeti Lord Djarn, and can act as a placeholder for him.
They are single-pullable by a 60+, along with the Imp Protectors. They do cast a damage shield on themselves, which can be very damaging if you don't dispell it.
Note: not sure why someone would call them single-pullable, the first thing you notice in the area is guardians/imps have a larger aggro range and they'll bring their friends with them. Very easy to get swamped if you're not very cautious due to the several pathers. MAYBE two level 42 guardians won't social aggro but with the imps being very common spawns that would be a very fringe situation.
They drop the following with approximate drop rates:
- Various low-end gems (Pearl, Flame Agate, Jade, etc) - 50%
- Essence of Fire - 20%
- Jewelry - 10%
- Charcoal - 6-8%
- Russet Oxide - 6-8%
- Caster Research - 5%
