Overview

Reduces the mana cost of fire-based spells by up to 5 percent. This bonus will decay on spells over level 44.

This spell cannot be cast directly. It is triggered by drinking a Heat Awareness II.

1 :	Decrease Spell Mana Cost by 1% to 5%
2 :	Limit Max Level: 44 (lose 5% per level)
3 :	Limit Spell: Exclude
4 :	Limit Resist: Fire
5 :	Limit Type: Exclude Combat Skills

Cast on Other
Wears Off	The awareness fades.
