Spawns in the north east corner of the zone. Casts Siphon Strength and Clinging Darkness. Give him 5 gold pieces and he will award you Evil faction and Black Burrow Stout.
Sometimes he wanders to the bridge to South Karana and stands inbetween the Wizard spire and the bridge for a few minutes and then goes back again to NE corner again. (As of 7/5/2026, attempting to give 5 gold pieces does not work)
