Always next to Eldreth lvl 49 Wizard that cast Ice Comet. You can split them with Harmony.
She is visible through the door from outside of the tower. If you get max range to cast a spell, and have a one-shot DD, you can kill her and strafe run to the Rathe Mountains before Eldreth can get his Ice Comet off. SoW/Jboots + Levi necessary to avoid swimming. Rinse and repeat until the book drops.
