Description

Spawns after killing Gribnor the Small, then paths to the location above on the balcony. Despawns after ~25 minutes. Cannot be attacked or cast on. When hails, gives only The ghostly figure stares at you as if it does not understand. Likely part of a quest which is not yet implemented.
