One of the rogue troll/dark-elf scouting groups that Gaz Commander Faltip asks you to dispatch for the Soldier's Brooch Quest. A cleric — casts Furor, Light Healing, Word of Pain, Root, Center, Stun, Yaulp, Minor Healing, Strike and Holy Armor. Shares a spawn point with A Troll Greenblood and A Troll Marauder — roughly a one-in-three chance of each per ~10 minute respawn cycle. Resists: 5 to Magic, Fire, Cold, Poison and Disease.
The in-game name is spelled "a Teir`Dal Spellbinder" (backtick); this page follows the "Tier'Dal" spelling used by the quest page and the insignia item pages.
