Aggressive. In Qeynos Hills, these are found in the northwest corner of the zone. Or rather the northeast corner of the zone near the haunted ruins. In Misty Thicket, found roaming on the east side of the map.
Lore
Diseased giant rats range from 4 to 5 feet in length and are more aggressive even than typical giant rats. They are driven by a desire to spread their infection and attack without provocation.
