Description

The ones in Iceclad are as much as 10 levels lower than the ones in Great Divide, which can be blue to a level 60. Some of the ones in Great Divide actually appear to have more like 9500 health: Necro's Cascading Darkness + Splurt + Envenomed Bolt (1152 + 1819 + 1278 = 4249 total damage) brought down an elite to 55% health. Update 1/8/23: Wizard quad with Pillar of Flame at 947 dmg per takes 7 casts, so their health is closer to 6500. Immune to Spirit Strike procs from Bow of the Huntsman, so possibly immune to Cold spells.

In regards to the necro's testing above, dots on moving (non-feared) targets do 2/3 damage I believe.
