Description
From 8am-6pm he can be found in his room in the barracks on the second level. At 6pm he paths upstairs and stands beside the throne, ans at 8m paths back to his room.
Also spawns in Great Divide during the ring quests (where he drops no loot). He is on Dain faction.
When hailed, with Amiable faction: Seneschal Aldikar says
'And a good day to you, Gnome. I must say that I'm impressed that your people were even able to make it to our continent, let alone survive the frigid temperatures of it. I am Seneschal Aldikar, Commander of the Armies of Thurgadin, known by some as the Sword of the Dain.
