6 minute respawn, normal resists, paths around near the tower so you can single pull him. 50/50 on fine steel vs rusty short sword, but always drops the shield and bracelet. 04/19/22 - Have been killing him for a couple of days now and has always dropped fine steel weapon (SideShow09)
