Description
Corrupt Qeynos guard stationed at the tower with Guard Donlan. At night he leaves the tower and runs north to extort money from Misty Storyswapper in the small village near the Qeynos Hills zoneline before pathing back to the tower (I don't know if he repeats this throughout the night or not). He leaves the tower at approximately 7-8 PM at night. During the day he stays at the tower.
