Despite his proximity to the mayor, he is associated with the Merchants of Rivervale faction — Actually, after improving my Merchants faction from indifferent to kindly (Oct 2025), the Sheriff's disposition remains unchanged at apprehensive: I suspect that he is actually on Guardians of the Vale faction.
