Brood of Kotiz

Overview

The Iksar Necromancers in Cabilis West are known as the Brood of Kotiz.

The easiest way to gain faction with them is to slay the Outcast Iksar of The Forsaken faction. They are closely linked to the faction of the rest of the Iksars.
