Void-Touched Potential

Motes can be used to upgrade gear and spells. Void-Touch Potential motes can be used to upgrade a single item by one rank. These do not stack, and a max of three may be held at one time, and three per week may be obtained. They are obtained by killing one of the raid bosses.
Item Lore : Strengthens the potential of an item by one rank.
