Description
Very dangerous due to Harmtouch (for 501 damage). Be mindful while in North Qeynos at night if the Corrupt Qeynos Guards don't look upon you well.
He can only be found during the night shift ( 8pm to 5am Norrathian Time?) and also faces the correct directions when he stops. He’s also much more resistant to magic.
Maybe tied to in game days? Erabb PH on Wednessday 2AM - 6AM(Game Time) Seems to always be up in D1(public) instance. (As of 9/16/26 - Bug?)
