Feir`Dal Forge
A forge is a stationary object with which the player may interact in order to attempt to create a Blacksmithing recipe. They are available in most major cities as well as many other locations around Norrath.
(Consider a comprehensive list of locations as on p99 wiki. Copy the code versus build from scratch)
