Monk Plane of Sky Tests

Note: Most quests in the Plane of Sky require two items. One of those items will be a wind rune and can be found on any mob as a random drop in the Plane of Sky. The second item you need is from an island boss, they are rare drops. Some quests require a third Efreeti weapon which is also attained from island bosses in the Plane of Sky.

To reach the quest room find the (Key Master) near where you zoned in on island 1 and purchase an Efreeti's Key. It is free and looks like a Jade. After you have the key left click on the teleportation pad at the North point of the island, around 1600, 520 . You only need to buy the key one time and it will be saved to your character.

Find Holwin and Hail him. He will tell you about the quests he has to offer. Reading his dialogue is optional and you can simply hand him your quest items.

Talk to Holwin in the Plane of Sky.

You say, 'Hail, Holwin'

Holwin says, 'Peace to you, Gand. I see that you have come far along the path of tranquility and enlightenment. Do you wish to [test] yourself further, and perhaps complete the path you started on so long ago?'

You say, 'I wish to test myself further and complete the path of tranquility and enlightenment'

Holwin says 'Do you wish to follow the path of Ton Po or Wu? The path of Ton Po, known for his uncanny abilities, consists of three trials. [Strength], [sight], and [speed]. The path of Wu, known for his introspection, has three further trials. [Tears], [fists], and [tranquility]. Now, choose.

Monk Test of Strength

You say, 'Strength'

Holwin says, 'So be it, the test of strength you shall have. Bring to me some silken strands and a wind rune caza. The task will not be easy, but it should serve as an adequate test of strength, for one of your abilities.'
