Rephas is a crazed hermit who lives near the lake in the Qeynos Hills (northwest corner of the zone), with a penchant for rat ears...
You say, 'Hail, Rephas'
- Rephas says 'Aagggh...Get away from here.. Go, run.. Far away.. Or I shall call [Karana's] wrath upon you!'
You say, 'Who is Karana?'
- Rephas says 'Heh! Ignorant one! Begone, and take your stupidity with you!'
He doesn't have much to say about rat ears (he may if your faction is better), but if you give him the regular Rat Ears (common drop from rats) he'll give you an item called Grilled Rat Ears (edible and stackable).
- Rephas says 'Ahhh yes... These are a little small, but still some good eating, if you know how to cook 'em or course. Here ya go, enjoy and may Karana keep your fields lush and green.'
