Calls down a hailstorm from the sky, causing three waves of 125 damage, up to a maximum of 4 targets hit. (0.625DPM per hit). On a single target where all 3 waves hit, 1.875 damage per mana, meaning it is less mana-efficient than Firestrike unless all 4 possible strikes land.
- Note: Rain nukes are limited to 4 hits total. Either you can hit the same mobs 3 times, you can hit 2 mobs twice each, or you can hit 4 mobs once each.
