Tutorial Zone

The Tutorial Zone is the starter area for all new characters in Norrath. It has a bank, a limited merchant, and the Mines of Gloomingdeep. The most important thing you can do here is complete the initial quests for some XP and obtain the Boots of the Long Road, which have a clicky speed buff. Consider obtaining 3 of the boots, one for your feet slot, and one for each "any" slot. You will gain the HP and AC boosts from each of them.
