July 24/2020 Ground spawns in Cobalt Scar are legitimate. Found them in the water near the Othmir merchants as stated on Allalhazam. Ground spawn in Cobalt Scar at: +240, -1140 (in the water, close to shore) +510, -1365 (in the water, close to shore) 455.86, -648.36, -51.69 - WNW of Easternmost sunken ship

The ground spawn item looks like a black rock.
Can be Foraged. Ones found on the ground may have been dropped by a player after foraged if they do not look like a black rock.
