Description

The most common of the library rare spawns. Known place holders include the mobs inside of the library that roam up to the second floor and the wanderer that roams the tunnel north of the library that goes from the 3 skeleton guardian room to the room with 3 static mobs (also spawns as the center-most of those three static mobs). Is an instant pop if the PH is killed and he pops.
