Speed of the Shissar

Overview

Fills your target with the power of the Shissar, increasing attack speed, agility, endurance regeneration, and armor class for 30 minutes.

There doesn't seem to be a level requirement to receive the buff.

This spell does not stack with most other haste spells such as Wonderous Rapidity (will not overwrite) or Visions of Grandeur (will overwrite). It also does not stack with certain AC buffs such as Call of Earth or the Yaulp line of spells; though it stacks fine with cleric AC buffs such as Bulwark of Faith, Aegis and Aegolism.

Note: Duration changed from 20 to 30 minutes mid-Velious, 4/27/2016 on P99 [[1]]. Updated to 30 minute duration on 2/10/19 patch.
