Covers your target in flickering flames, causing 30 damage and lowering armor class for up to 1 min.

Note: When this debuff was applied to me, it removed the cleric HP/AC buff "Center" and prevented it from being reapplied. It's probably the case that this debuff "does not stack" with the HP/AC buff lines from Clerics and Druids (i.e. Resolution, Heroism, Skin like Steel, etc.), and therefore overwrites them.
