Transforms you into a bear, providing increased regeneration and wisdom, as well as potentially increasing/decreasing certain factions.

I never could find any details online about how exactly this spell adjusts faction, so I will be periodically updating this along my travels:
Faction tested with an Innoruuk Troll
-EC "crazy druids" - went from Ready to Attack to Apprehensively
-Erudin Casters - went from Ready to Attack to Dubious
-Erudin Guards - started out as apprehensively after killing kobolds. Went from apprehensively to amiable
-Erudin Clerics/Paladins - went from Ready to Attack to Apprehensively
-Erudin Merchants/Banker - went from dubiously to apprehensively
-Kaladim Guards - dubious
-Kaladim banker and merchants - indifferent
-Merchants in EC (including bat/fish scales vendor and the spell vendor Rushka) - apprehensive
-Neriak 3rd Gate Clerics - worsened faction from Kindly to Indifferent
-Qeynos Guards - brought from Ready to Attack to Threateningly
-Qeynos monks - brought from threateningly to amiable
-Qeynos Cleric/Paladins - brought from Ready to Attack to Threateningly
-Qeynos casters (Order of Three) - brought from Ready to Attack to Apprehensively
-Thurgadin - appears to be no faction change (apprehensive)
-Wakening lands (Plane of Growth druids) - went from Ready to Attack to Threateningly. I killed a lot of faerie dragons in WL prior to this. It's possible if you don't screw up the faction ahead of time, you may be non-kos to the WL druids after shapeshifting.
