Description

Spotted in EQ Legends attacking the Ranger Outpost, probably will get himself killed if he spawns and no one finds him before he reaches the outpost.

(Not sure if this information below is accurate for EQ Legends)
The Brownie Scouts and Maidens in Lfay are not PHs.

Multiple spawn points on the east side of the zone, can be up at the same time as Bracken Underbrush. PHs is low level mobs (Giant Spider, Wasp Soldier, Pixie Prankster, Fae Drake Hatchling). ~90 second respawn time for the PH/Named spawn point.
