Description

This bourgeois goblin has a shop set up opposite of the king's throne room.
Like all merchants, he has a faction floor of dubious so he won't aggro you. Also like all merchants, Sneak can be used by relevant classes to gain temporary indifferent faction and sell fine steel weapons.
