Walkthrough

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar is located in an icy room at the top of the giant staircase section beyond the maze. Other resources may put the quest NPCs in a library at the bottom of the giant staircase - this is not correct on Project 1999. Use a p99-specific YouTube guide if you need detailed directions.

You say, 'Hail, Asteinnon Fe`Dhar'

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar speaks in a deep tone, 'Greetings. I wish to speak only to a shaman, so I might aid them with protection from the world in the form of armor.'

You say, 'What armor?'

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'For you I shall make a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots. Each piece is a quest unto itself. To seek the components, you must search the lands for them and test the power of the spirit within.'

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.

Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction.

Helm

You say, 'What coif?'

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'The coif I shall make will be comprised of an unadorned chain coif and three crushed onyx sapphires. I shall be waiting.'

Return with an Unadorned Chain Coif and three Crushed Onyx Sapphires.

Breastplate

You say, 'What breastplate?'

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'A breastplate to protect the spirit within. I shall make one for you granted that you retrieve the components I shall need. An unadorned chain tunic and three pieces of black marble. I await your return.'
