Incandescent gear is Enchanter specific quested items from The Temple of Solusek Ro. Talk to Sultin.

You say, 'Hail, Sultin'

Sultin says, 'I am Sultin - keeper of the three [incandescent]s of power and the [rod] of Insidious Glamour. If you are an enchanter, perhaps we can deal.'

You say, 'incandescent'

Sultin says, 'There are three incandescent items of power - a [wand], [mask] and [gloves]. Are you [interested] in any of them?'

Incandescent Gloves

Obtain the following for Sultin:

• Glowing Gloves from a shadowed man
• Radiant Gloves from Radiant in Cazic Thule
• Enchanted Gloves by giving 5 pp to Tizina in Lavastorm Mountains
• Gleaming Gloves by giving a bloodstone to Tarn Visilin in Highpass Keep

You say, 'I am interested in gloves'

Sultin says, 'My personal favorite! Incandescent gloves. If you bring me the components to make another pair, I will give you my gloves. Incandescent gloves are made by sewing together four other sets of gloves. Glowing gloves can be found on our mortal enemies, the shadowed men. Radiant gloves can be found on Radiant in the mazes of Cazic-Thule. Enchanted and gleaming gloves can be purchased for 50 golden coins from Tizina of the Lavastorm gypsies and a bloodstone from Tarn Vislin of High Keep. Bring me all four sets of gloves and I will give you a pair of incandescent ones.'

Incandescent Mask

Sultin needs four items:

• Glowing Mask, found on a froglok scryer or a skeleton monk in Upper Guk
• Rune of Fortune (top), from Enynti in the Chasm below Mistmoore
• Rune of Fortune (bottom) by giving 5 pp to Mizr N`Mar in the Neriak City Library
• Rune of Fortune (middle) by giving 5 pp to Madame Serena in South Qeynos

You say, 'I am interested in the mask'

Sultin says, 'An item of power! The incandescent mask. If you will bring me the components to make another, I will give you my own incandescent mask. I will need a glowing mask, found on the skeletal monk in the caverns of Guk. I will also need all three runes of fortune. One rune can be found on the dark elf Enynti in the chasm below Castle Mistmoore. The other two can be purchased for 50 golden coins, one from Mizr N'Mar in the Neriak City Library and the other from Madam Serena in the city of Qeynos. Bring me all three runes and the glowing mask and I will give you your reward.'

Kill a froglok scryer or a skeleton monk in Upper Guk for the Glowing Mask.

Kill the Dark Elf Enynti in the Chasm below Mistmoore for the Rune of Fortune (top).

Hand 5 platinum pieces to Mizr N`Mar in the Neriak City Library:

Mizr N`Mar says, 'Ahhh - gold. Here is the rune you desire.'

Mizr N`Mar gives you the Rune of Fortune (bottom).

In South Qeynos, behind the Mermaid's Lure near the dock, hand 5 platinum pieces to Madame Serena:

Madame Serena give you the Rune of Fortune (middle).

Incandescent Wand

Sultin needs:

• Pouch of Silver Dust from the a dusty werebat in The Estate of Unrest
• Glowing Silver Wand from Raine Beteria
  • Blessed Silver Wand from Ezmirella (and 5 pp)
    • Silver Wand from a silvered guard in The Lost Temple of Cazic-Thule (and 5 pp)

You say, 'I am interested in the wand'

Sultin says, 'Ahh, the incandescent wand. If you will get the components to make another, I will give you mine. I will need a pouch of silver dust, found on the dusty werebat in the Estate of Unrest. I will also need a silver wand, found on a silvered guard in the temple of Cazic-Thule. This wand will not be enchanted - you will need to pay Esmirella of the North Karana gypsy camp 50 gold to enchant it for you. When the wand is fully enchanted, bring it and the pouch to me and I will give you the incandescent wand.'

In The Estate of Unrest, get the keys and go to the basement. Slay a a dusty werebat to get the Pouch of Silver Dust.

In The Lost Temple of Cazic-Thule, find a silvered guard at the northwest pyramids, and kill it to get a Silver Wand.

Find Ezmirella in the gypsy camp in the Northern Plains of Karana. Hand her the Silver Wand and 50 gold coins (or 5 platinum). She will return a Blessed Silver Wand and instruct you to seek out Raine Beteria.

Ezmirella says, 'I have blessed your silver wand. To complete the enchantment, you must take the wand to Raine Beteria in the Erudin library. Tip her 50 golden coins, and she will help you.'

Hand Raine the Blessed Silver Wand and 50 gold coins (or 5 platinum) to receive the Glowing Silver Wand.

Raine Beteria says, 'Your silver wand has been fully enchanted. Take it and the pouch of silver dust back to the temple of Ro.'

Take the Glowing Silver Wand and Pouch of Silver Dust back to Sultin. Hand him both.

Sultin says, 'I see that you are resourceful... you have earned your incandescent wand.'

You gain experience!!

• Your faction standing with Temple of Solusek Ro has been adjusted by 5.
• Your faction standing with Shadowed Men has been adjusted by -1.

You receive the Incandescent Wand.
