Found in Nektulos Forest running from the East Commonlands zone line to Neriak

Also found in Butcherblock Mountains @(-955,-2840) with Orc Centurion and Orc Pawn placeholders, spawn time is about one minute and thirty seconds. The Butcherblock runner starts by running north along the zone wall before doubling back to the path.

The Butcherblock Mountains one has placeholders and doesn't always carry the sealed letter or runner pouch.
