| Note: if you're faction is low and you need to hail and accept, which causes other NPCs in the room to attack if you're using Sneak -- if you attack the mob in the opposite corner this will aggro the one in direct line of sight to The Kerran Sharr without aggroing The Kerran Sha`rr. Be careful of the roaming tiger. The Kerran Sharr npc is unattackable/can't be killed. With the room cleared you can sneak and stand against the wall close to the NPC and then strafe sideways until you're out of the frontal LOS but still in range and then hail, they'll turn and reply, wait for them to turn back to respond with quest text. Note: You can do the turn ins while sneaked, the trick is not hailing.
