-The original intent behind it was that it was a side reward during the 9th Coldain ring quest in order to reward the rogue who makes the poison necessary for the 9th ring (which will cost a rogue over 10,000pp to get the skill necessary to make it), and dropped off Peffin. But god forbid a rogue get something useful out of those thousands of plat and hundreds of hours spent levelling the skill up, other than the joy of helping someone else get their ring.
-Peffen now drops Talisen, Bow of the Trailblazer instead: Magic/Lore, 25/50, AC3, STR/DEX/STA/SV MAGIC +3, SV POISON +10, HP +10, range 150, WAR/PAL/RNG/SHD/ROG. FAR inferior, tradable, and usable by all archery classes. Makes me sick." - Anonymous, Aug 04 2001
