Walkthrough

This quest can be initiated with two different NPCs: Savarixsa Zexus who is located in the Shaman guild in Grobb or Saxarivza Zaxun who is located in the tunnels underneath East Freeport. Both NPCs provide the same quest text and letter. The one from Freeport can be obtained even at KOS con by standing above ground, over top her position stand at -93, -175 /target Saxarivza_Zaxun and say 'I am devoted to Innoruuk' to receive the letter. For the version from Grobb - The required faction to start this quest is dubious. A Ball of Golem Clay can be used to boost your faction from threatening to amiably if needed. Ornate Velium Pendant may also get you to dubious. Once you are dubious, the recommendation will be accepted.

You say, 'Hail, Savarixsa Zexus'

Savarixsa Zexus says 'Salutations, ______! I am here as a favor to my brother, High Priest Perrir. We seek loyal followers of Innoruuk to earn their place among the hierarchy of the Spires. Are you [devoted to Innoruuk]?'

You say, 'I am devoted to innoruuk'

Savarixsa Zexus says 'My brother requests your presence in Neriak at the Spires of Innoruuk. Take this note with you, _______. It will inform Perrir of who sent you.'

Deliver the note to Perrir Zexus in Neriak Third Gate at (408, -781, -51).

Although you can receive the letter at Threateningly, it is not sufficient faction to do hand in. There is a way around this if you can Sneak or find someone to cast invis on you during the turn in. You can open trade window around the corner from Perrir, out of line of sight. Time it to avoid pathing guards. Open the trade window, have someone reapply invis (or Sneak), and complete the trade while indifferent from.
