Description
Scowling to good and evil races (Amiable to iksar). Either on Cabilis Residents, Crusaders of Greenmist or Swift Tails faction. Found on a tiny island just off the north coast, a little east of where the river meets the ocean. He can be pacified, and a 60 Dark Elf Cleric can pacify and then turn in the quest with the Hide trick after opening trade (Confirmed 7/30/2022)
