Walkthrough

No Faction Hit Option

Talk to Commander Kane at the Shrine of Bertoxxulus in Qeynos Aqueducts and he will ask you to deliver Blackburrow Stout (NO DROP version) to Barn Bloodstone who is located outside the Golden Rooster in Highpass. If Commander Kane doesn't talk to you at first, just Hail him and say, "The disease is spreading." Your faction with Barn needs to be at least indifferent. To raise it you can do the Note for Janam and/or Note for Rebby quests in the East Freeport.

Faction Hit Option

If you don't care about faction you can kill Mutt Rootlit, who stands next to Barn Bloodstone, and she will drop the Bayle List I. Doing this will give a serious faction hit for

• Your faction standing with The Freeport Militia got worse.
• Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards got worse.
• Your faction standing with Carson McCabe got worse.
• Your faction standing with Coalition of Tradefolk got worse.
• Your faction standing with Coalition of TradeFolk III got worse.
