Note: Most quests in the Plane of Sky require two items. One of those items will be a wind rune and can be found on any mob as a random drop in the Plane of Sky. The second item you need is from an island boss, they are rare drops. Some quests require a third Efreeti weapon which is also attained from island bosses in the Plane of Sky.
