Gnoll Fangs
The Gnoll Bounty quest is the best alternative. Give Lysbith McNaff in Halas 3 Gnoll Fang for these faction hits:

Wolves of the North +15
Shamen of Justice +5
Merchants of Halas +5
Steel Warriors +5
Rogues of the North +5
Mammoth Calf Hides
The Mammoth Calf Hides quest is an alternative for Rogues of the North faction. Giving 4 Mammoth Calf Hide to Cappi McTarnigal in Halas for these faction hits:
Rogues of the North +5
You can do the Book of Turmoil Quest as an alternative if you hate money. (Requires indifferent with Dark Bargainers)

Do the Tumpy Tonics quest 400 times
Details
Tumpy Tonics
A pretty simple quest, but fairly tedious to do.
Purchase 800 Kiola Nuts from Cleonae Kalen in Ocean of Tears. If you're an evil race/class, you can do the Muffin for Pandos quest to quickly raise her faction. Buy 800 Flask of Water from any merchant. You have two options for getting Tumpy Tonics. Either hand 1 water and 1 nut to Tumpy Irontoe 800 times or brew them yourself. I recommend the second option to save your wrists. Then give them to Trantor Everhot for 1x Dwarven Wire and these faction hits:
Storm Guard +5
Kazon Stormhammer +5
Miners Guild 249 +5
Merchants of Kaladim +5
Craknek Warriors -1
If you do decide to brew it, you'll need about 843 nuts and water once you reach trivial with no AAs.
Slaughter Kobolds
First, you need to go on a kobold murder spree in The Warrens. Every kobold kill in The Warrens and Stonebrunt Mountains give the following faction hits:
Heretics +5
High Guard of Erudin +5
Clan Kobolk -1 (-5/-10 for named)
The Painting
Palatos Kynarn in East Freeport will trade 4x Capt. Orlin's Spiced Ale for a Beacon Mount and this faction:
Craftkeepers +5
High Council of Erudin +5
Heretics -1
High Guard of Erudin +5
You can buy the ale from Nesin Tapper who is right across the bar from him. Buy 1600 ale minus 4x the Kobold Molars you turned in to max out High Council of Erudin.
I recommend moving your bags inside each other to limit the inventory space the beacon mounts will take up, binding a key to destroy item, and disabling destroy item confirmations to clear them out faster. I wouldn't recommend trying to do later steps of the quest.
Erud's Tonic
Vasty Deep Water is is a decently fast alternative to the Peacekeeper Staff quest that doesn't require any prior faction work, but it does require two quest turn-ins per cycle and costs about 5.5 silver per quest.
Buy Innoruuk's Kiss of Death from Geoard BlueHawk until your inventory is full. Then give them to Sinnkin Highbrow in the Erudin library to get back an Erud's Tonic for each one. Each Kiss of Death gives this faction:
Erudite Citizens +5
You can then choose to give them to Nolusia Finharn in Erudin (not Erudin Palace) and destroy the version you get back. Or give them to Moodoro Finharn in North Qeynos if you prefer a bit of travel. Regardless, you get the following faction hits:
Craftkeepers +20
High Council of Erudin +5
Heretics -3
High Guard of Erudin +5
Erud's Tonic: Part 2
If you give the tonics to Nolusia Finharn you get a different version back. I'd normally recommend just destroying them for speed, but you could do two more sets of turn-ins to complete the quest for another hit. It's probably not worth it unless you're a druid or are below level 20 and can freely use the translocators.
Take the tradeable version of Erud's Tonic that Nolusia Finharn gave you to Flynn Merrington. Each one you give him will give you an Label of Erud's Tonic back and these hits:
Circle of Unseen Hands -20
Merchants of Qeynos +5
Corrupt Qeynos Guards -3
Guards of Qeynos +5
Kane Bayle -2
Bring the label back to Nolusia for a random low level piece of equipment and this faction:
Craftkeepers +20
High Council of Erudin +5
Heretics -3
High Guard of Erudin +5
Sealed Letters
You can do the first step of the Peacekeeper Staff Quest repeatedly if you are amiable with Peace Keepers. Each completion of this step yields this faction:
Merchants of Erudin +5
High Council of Erudin +5
High Guard of Erudin +5
To do it, you go to the cleric's guild in Erudin and say "retrieve the Peacekeeper staffs" to Lumi Stergnon to get a sealed letter. Repeat this until your inventory is full. Run to Emil Parsini in Toxxulia Forest and give him the letters. He will hand back the container version of Peacekeeper Staff for each one. You should bind at either NPC to speed this up. It takes 400 cycles of this to max out High Council of Erudin with no other quest completions.
Wooden Shards
We can abuse the fact that Peacekeeper Staff Quest and Trueshot Longbow Quest both require Wooden Shards. Jyle Windshot in West Freeport has a 90% chance to give Wooden Shards each time you give him a Small Lantern. You can buy the lanterns in East Freeport at Innkeep Hunter as the closest merchant. Alec Greenglade in North Freeport is next to the bank if needed. Innkeep Olissa and Innkeep Roster are both close to the teleport locations for wizards and druids in West Commonlands, which are the fastest if you have that option. I recommend binding at Jyle to gate back and cut out half the trip. Every lantern you give Jyle will also net you the same factions as giving Pandos muffins. It should take about 445 lanterns to accumulate enough shards. Once you have the shards you need, fill up your inventory to save time on destroying quest items, then give them all to Emil Parsini in Toxxulia Forest for a Treant Resin and the following faction hits for each shard:
Merchants of Erudin +5
High Council of Erudin +5
High Guard of Erudin +5
Give 800 Phosphorous Powder to Zok Zribb in Rathe Mountains
Details
Phosphorous Powder drops from high level ghouls in Ruins of Old Guk. There's close to a 100% chance for two to drop from A dar ghoul knight, A zol ghoul knight, and A bok ghoul knight. The wizard equivalents in the area can also drop it at a lower rate.
Every two Phosphorous Powder given to Zok Zribb yields this faction:
Guktan Suppliers +5
Protectors of Gukta +5
High Council of Gukta +5
Lorekeepers of Gukta +5
Guktan Elders +5
You'll need to farm 800, which is 400-500 kills of high level ghouls. You'll likely get two classes to 50 grinding this out with some exp to spare, but you'll be accomplishing multiple things at once.
This will get you everything except Guktan Suppliers. Give 4 Bone Chips to Dar Collector Reokar in Rathe Mountains for this faction:
Citizens of Gukta +5
Protectors of Gukta +5
High Council of Gukta +5
Lorekeepers of Gukta +5
Guktan Elders +5
Do the first part of Series C Black Boxes 400 times
Details
Series C Black Boxes
You'll need amiable with Gem Choppers to start this quest. Shondo and the Tonic is the fastest way to get there if you need faction.
Tell Manik Compolten in Ak'Anon "new warrior" to get a Shiny Card. You can bring this to any series C model to get their blackbox and these hits:
King Ak'Anon +5
Eldritch Collective +5
Gem Choppers +5
Dark Reflection -1
Meldrath -1
I like to use Clockwork XIIC, personally. Fill your inventory with cards, then trade them for black boxes, then delete those boxes and repeat. It takes 400 shiny cards to max out all three factions.
Minotaur Horns
Every 2 Minotaur Horns you give to Larkon Theardor in Ak'Anon gives the following faction hits:
Eldritch Collective +20
Dark Reflection -3
The Dead -1
Gem Choppers +5
King Ak'Anon +5
Vasty Deep Ale
Buy Vasty Deep Ales from Geoard BlueHawk in Erudin and then turn them in to Shondo Billin in Erudin Palace for these faction hits:
Gem Choppers +10
Merchants of Ak'Anon +5
King Ak'Anon +5
Dark Reflection -2
Clan Grikbar -1
400 of these will max out King Ak'Anon.
Bandages
The first part is simple. Buy 400 Bandages and trade them to Joogl Honeybugger in Misty Thicket. Each bandage gives the following faction:
Merchants of Rivervale +5
Deeppockets +5
Guardians of the Vale +5
Mayor Gubbin +5
Coalition of Tradefolk Underground -1
Killing Goblins
Pickclaw goblins in Runnyeye, Gorge of King Xorbb, High Keep, and Butcherblock Mountains give the following faction hits per kill:
Pickclaw Goblins -5
Guardians of the Vale +5
King Xorbb +5
Priests of Mischief +5
Jillin's Stew
You can do Jillin's Stew by saying "stew" to Blinza Toepopal in the Rivervale rogue guild and giving the Carrot Stew she gives you to Deputy Lowmot in the warrior guild for the following faction hits:
Guardians of the Vale +5
Mayor Grubbin +5
Storm Reapers +5
Merchants of Rivervale +5
Dreadguard Outer -1
This will be slower, but gives Storm Reapers faction in addition to the rest.
Muffins for Pandos
Buy 400 muffins from Pincia Brownloe in West Freeport give them to Pandos Flintside in the same zone. If you're KoS, you can go in the room next to him, hide in the corner by the door, open the door, and then trade with him via third person camera. Each muffin gives:
Faydark Champions +5
King Tearis Thex +5
Clerics of Tunare +5
Soldiers of Tunare +5
Crushbone Orcs -1
Hogcaller's Inn
Next, buy 400 White Wine from Swin Blackeye or Drona Whystlethin in the same building as Pandos. Track down Lady Shae in the same building and give them to her. She's on a unique faction that's neutral to everyone. Every wine gives:
Emerald Warriors +5
Indigo Brotherhood -1
Merchants of Felwithe +5
Merchants of Kelethin +5
Bat Wings
Buy 1600 Bat Wings from any reagent vendor. Give them to Niola Impholder in South Felwithe. You'll need to be at least indifferent with her. Every 4 wings give:
Keepers of the Art +5
King Tearis Thex +5
Faydark Champions +5
The Dead -1

Overview

"Easy" faction quests you can do in bulk with little effort.

Tips and Hotkeys

Sometimes you'll be carrying food/drink items. Be sure to put disposable items in first/second slot so you dont eat/drink your quest items.

For some quests, its possible to "hold" many more items on your cursor. I estimate this to be between 15-30 items. This only works on quests where you ask for an item, and is best when you do not get an item in return when handing in an item. If you do this, and run into a door, press "u" to use the door, as clicking on it will attempt to give the item on your cursor to the door (doors dont want your items).

You can check your faction with anyone by typing /faction in the chat window to bring up a window.

Hotkeys:

  • Quest-Get Item
    • Note: Spam this to get inventory full.
    • /say "<trigger phrase>"
    • /autoinv
  • Quest-Give Item
    • Note: The exact same as using the "u" key, but in a hotkey. Have the NPC targeted, pick up an item, and use hotkey/u to open up a trade window and give it to them.
    • Note: The issue is that if the target is a merchant, you must manually trade the item first, as it will open up a trade window otherwise.
    • /usetarget
  • Quest-Destroy Item
    • Note: This will destroy what is on your cursor.
    • Note: Turn off destroy confirmation in Options - Gameplay - Confirmations - Fast Item Destroy
    • /destroyitem

Some quests require additional faction. Some tips to get around this:

  • If a rogue/bard/monk, you can sneak behind the npc to get indifferent faction. Note that when you Hail or converse with them, they will likely turn around to look at you, breaking the sneak. A walking npc doesn't turn when talked to. Rogues can use sneak really early on (before level 10).
  • If a monk/necro/shd, you can open a trade window, then feign death to get indifferent faction. This can also work on "ready to attack" npcs, if done quickly enough.
  • Enchanters have all sorts of forms and other tracks to help with faction, and includes quite a few friendly races at level 10.

Do the Tumpy Tonics quest 400 times Details Tumpy Tonics A pretty simple quest, but fairly tedious to do.
